The Specialist is responsible for
the
timely and successful execution of
customer contact strategies that achieve profit center objectives. This
role will contribute to the overall performance and growth of the AVIS
Preferred and Budget Fastbreak loyalty programs. The role reports to the Marketing Strategy
Manager, CRM and Loyalty.
Essential duties and responsibilities, shown below, will vary accordingly based on assignment.

Develop
strategy for offer development, communication channels, rewards integration,
loyalty partner integration.

Develop
multi-channel contact strategies under the supervision of the manager that drive
incremental visits and spend.

Maintain and
manage input into the monthly customer contact calendar

Optimize customer
experience working with the brand, channel, web and CRM teams to consider
events, promotions, and historical campaign performance.

Under the
direction of the manager work with the Data Strategist to develop, refine, and
test analytics insights to drive optimal ABG customer behaviors.

Track loyalty
program key program indicators - including enrollments, points earn/burn member
activity, and retention rates.

Support the
manager in conducting and documenting regular status meetings with key
stakeholders, and publish regular reports on project implementation status and
operational results.

Manage
timetables, schedules and workback schedules - be responsible for deadlines and
team deliverables.

Manage customer
service program inquiries and program inventory.

Support the
innovation process by maintaining competitive information, samples and news,
and by keeping abreast of trends and ideas in the marketplace.

Develop a
deep understanding of the ABG brands, and the brand voice and apply brand
consistency across all communications.

Deliver end
to end Loyalty marketing program management and execution in partnership with
the marketing team.

Manage
targeted marketing campaigns - including selection of target groups, creative
briefs, entry of campaigns into the campaign system, manage deployment, and response
analysis and reporting.

Manage ABG'S
triggered (customer lifecycle) campaign program(s).

Manage ad hoc
projects as needed and perform other related duties as assigned.

Maintain
budgets and invoices

Track
expenses

Propose
budget plans
Basic Qualifications / Minimum Requirements

BA required, MBA preferred

Course of study that leads to marketing within a
CRM context

Demonstrated analytical skills

Articulate

Ability to clearly communicate.

Strong attention to detail

Solid organization/planning skills.
