Job Title: Full Time AssociateAttorney Position (Parsippany, New Jersey)
Associate Position. New Jersey and New York Bar required. The successful candidate must have at least 5 years prior defense experience in the field(s) of Civil Litigation and General Liability Civil defense. In addition, municipal court criminal experience and plaintiff's PI experience preferred. Some trial experiencepreferred.
The successfulcandidate must have significant prior experience with:
New Jersey andNew York Bar, in good standing.
Drafting Answers toDiscovery and propounding discovery in civil cases (defense and/or plaintiff).
Analysis of investigation reports, medical records, and evidence
Strong legalwriting and legal analysis skills
Conducting and defending Depositions
Motion Practice, including primary handling of Motions for Summary Judgment and oral argument.
Significant In-Court experience as primary attorney.
Dispositive Motions and Arbitrations
Willing to work in an upbeat environment.
