The Vehicle Order Specialist updates and maintains vehicle information within the online vehicle tracking system. This role also places all applicable MFG orders into their respective web-sites, or excel based order templates. The Specialist also reviews manufacturer vehicle repurchase programs to determine required vehicle model and equipment specifications.
Essential duties and responsibilities, shown below, will vary accordingly based on assignment.
Place all applicable MFG orders into their respective web-sites, or excel based order templates.
Updates and maintains vehicle information within the online vehicle tracking system.
Reviews manufacturer vehicle repurchase programs to determine required vehicle model and equipment specifications.
Researches, develops, and maintains a current fleet statistics schedule outlining all key equipment and dimensions.
Responds to all requests from dealers and field locations to modify or cancel purchase orders.
Compiles management reports to facilitate review of current and outstanding orders.
Reviews daily order acknowledgements from previous days processing of new orders, in order to reconcile vehicle order quantity, program production week and applicable program/risk option content.
Basic Qualifications / Minimum Requirements High School Diploma.
Minimum 2 years work experience.
Dealership experience a plus.
Successful candidates will additionally possess the following
Qualifications: Advanced Brio Query skills.
Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel and Word.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
Ability to interpret ordering guidelines and constraints.
Detail oriented with good problem solving techniques.
Minimal travel required
