As a member of the Learning and Organizational Effectiveness organization, the Learning Solutions Designer will work collaboratively with the Regional Training Directors, HR Business Partners, and business leaders across the company. The Learning Solutions Designer will be a designated subject matter expert to obtain the information needed in order to organize content and curriculum into logical, instructional patterns that are appropriate for the culture, learner expertise and complexity of the initiative. In addition to responsibility for specific business initiatives, the Learning Solutions Designer will also be involved in the build out of the end to end career development strategy, which will provide an opportunity to refresh the entire CVU (Cablevision University) - The Learning Network curriculum. Responsibilities include designing & developing a variety of learning solutions using appropriately determined methods (self-paced, instructor led, virtual classroom, video, etc.). In addition, this role will design & develop train the trainer programs to ensure a smooth transition from design to delivery phase.
Qualifications o Bachelor's degree required in Education, Business, Communications or related field. Master's degree in Learning and/or Organizational Development preferred but not required.o 5
years' experience designing & developing a variety of learning solutions (self-paced, instructor led, virtual classroom, video, etc.) and train the trainer programs.o Experience applying a systematic instructional design approach to the creation of learning solutions. Demonstrated understanding of the ADDIE model and the ability to apply its principles to the daily job.o Ability to create a design strategy from a training request that will provide the best results based on learning objectives.o Ability to perform peer reviews of training content and provide balanced feedback. Ability to work in a collaborative environment, multi-task and sense of urgency to work within aggressive timeframes.o Preferred experience working with learning technologies (such as Cornerstone on Demand LMS, Webex Training Center, Lectora, Captivate, Articulate, RoboHelp, Adobe InDesign) or other contemporary tools.o Preferred involvement in learning & development professional associations (ASTD, eLearning Guild, etc.).o Demonstrated problem solving skills, attention to detail and focus on quality.o Strong project management and planning skills - ability to lead a project with limited guidance and lead small project teams if needed; Ability to manage scope, time and budgets and negotiate with key stakeholders. o Strong written and verbal communication skills.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
