Role Description
This role is to support the Reporting & Analysis (R&A) COE. The R&A COE will deliver reporting and analysis to business leaders and Business Partners, provide governance over and own the reporting catalogue and identify and develop enhancements and innovation. This role focuses on enhanced routine/ad hoc reporting and analysis
Job Responsibilities
In delivering Reporting & Analysis capabilities
Execute and deliver routine and ad hoc Reporting and Analysis
Ensure completion of in scope R&A deliverables and compliance with quality review process
Ensure good practices and minimum standards are met
Provide financial reporting and analysis guidance and expertise
In improving Reporting & Analysis capabilities and deliverables:
Deploy a Finance Brand for all Reporting and Analysis
Work with the team lead to identify and develop enhanced reporting and analysis
In teaming across the R&A COE:
Collaborate and share best practices with other team members
Participate on team projects
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor s degree
Experience Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in a professional services firm
Demonstrated accomplishments in the following areas:
Financial reporting and analysis
Process improvement
Working virtually
Managing multiple projects at one time
Working with professionals across all levels
Capability and Skillset Requirements

Communications: Strong communication skills (both oral and written), excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to create as well as deliver effective presentations

Technology or Other Requirements
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Knowledge of the Firms Financial Systems (SAP, Essbase, dPlan)
