jd Owns the complete Salesforce Service Cloud Solution and Technical Architecture. The ideal candidate has a mix of CRM processes including Architecture design and implementation experience, with an emphasis on conducting technical discussions/ workshops, and complete solution architecture definition. Lead the team throughout the design, development, launch, and support of Salesforce.com solutions. Develops visually rich and professional conceptual design documents targeted to varying audiences of business and technical aptitude. Collaborate with business and IT leaders to drive the complete technical architecture including the data flow and the integration between Salesforce and other enterprise solutions. Offer up creative ideas to help meet the business requirements, reducing the number of customizations and increasing automation. Architect and document solution design of Salesforce solutions. Transition solution designs to development resources responsible for building the solutions. Provide industry leading technical expertise with Salesforce. Help to resolve, mitigate technical/architecture issues, and risks as they arise. Develops detailed configuration specifications documentation for ready use by the technical team Manages customer communications, conflicts, and negotiations related to overall architecture design. Develop Proof of Concept for specific architecture/integration concepts. Guides customer through solution deployment. Team player with excellent verbal & written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Proven experience with the Configuration/Administration of Salesforce Service Cloud. Creating Technical requirements as an input to Salesforce solution design. Provide guidance to clients on leading IT and Salesforce practices. Assist technical leads in perform hands-on solution design, solution architecture, architecture roadmaps, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, and development tasks as required in support of current and new projects. Capable of executing independent POCs to be transitioned to the scrum team for development. Associate with Salesforce.com Certification(s) and Architecture experience responsible for the following effort Plan and monitor technical consideration activities of the project. Perform health check for each org and assess orgs. Perform analysis of org configuration, customizations, and security. Hold certifications such as Salesforce.com Application Architect or System Architect, in addition to Platform App Builder and Platform Developer II. Proficiently use the Salesforce developer toolkit, including Apex Classes, Controllers, Triggers, Visualforce, Force.com IDE, Aura, LWC, Migration Tool, Web Services, Data Mapping, Workbench, VS Code, IDX, and SFDX. Be well-versed in asynchronous Apex and integrations. Domain Knowledge:
Familiarity with Lightning flows, and experience with Omni Studio and Vlocity (Must). Exposure to Service Cloud, Call Center Implementation, CTI, and Omnichannel (Must). Salesforce Ecosystem:
Possess good knowledge of different Salesforce products, industries, and clouds. Bonus points for experience with Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Web Studio, Email Studio, and Social Studio. Integration and DevOps:
