POSITION PROFILE The Sr. Manager, Pricing Strategy is responsible for developing a comprehensive pricing strategy for the Annuity and Subscription area. The strategy will include overall price structure, systems and processes to deliver pricing to the field, competitive price analysis, alignment to financial plans and accountability to Executive leadership for aligning the strategy to the overall Ricoh plan. This position will lead cross-functional project teams to manage the Price Strategy, as well as lead senior level pricing reviews to identify risks and opportunities. The Sr. Manager works across sales, marketing, finance, customer administration and other functions to develop key objectives and establish an execution plan to achieve these objectives. Alternately working independently and as part of a team, the Sr. Manager will develop strategic pricing alternatives, identify price segmentation strategies, benchmark best in class pricing structures and assign key performance indicators to measure the impact of the strategy. Through a blend of sales, marketing and finance skills, this leadership position will maintain ultimate accountability for the performance of the strategy towards financial targets. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the development, execution and monitoring of a comprehensive pricing strategy for assigned segments that align to overall company financial goals Benchmark competitive pricing strategies across industries to determine best in class processes to balance Revenue and Gross Profit Growth in all assigned segments Document a systems and processes plan to execute the strategy through cross-functional leadership with operations teams Maintain consistent Voice of Field roundtables to measure the impact of the pricing strategy on the sales leaders and reps Publish regular Pricing Review documents for Leadership that outlines trends, opportunities, risks, actions and outcomes, including competitive threats and required actions Lead ongoing Price and Performance reviews with key stakeholders to adjust strategy to meet changing market and company needs Establish key analytic criteria to build requirements for Customer Price Segmentation and regression analysis showing projected impacts of price changes on revenue, gross profit and other key areas Lead regular Stakeholder reviews to ensure pricing strategy maintains interlock with key initiatives while reviewing the impact of potential or executed changes Perform ongoing accuracy audits of all pricing activities to ensure accurate and timely pricing is available to all field reps QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications) 4 year College Degree in Business or Finance 10
years experience in developing and executing a B2B pricing strategy Experience with multi-channel sales structures preferred 5
years with proven success in developing analytic processes to measure trends and forecast impacts 5

Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
