Responsible for data and system analysis within the Business Unit, including driving maintenance and enhancement of the Company's resource management systems, the Curriculum Vitae (CV) database, Metrics & Analytics platforms, the Qualification and Oversight System (CMQOS) and associated system reports. Manages requests for resourcing data, Clinical Operations data, Experience requests, CMQOS and audit support. Actions changes and/or updates to applicable systems under the Business Unit umbrella. Maintains a high level of technical knowledge and supports the Clinical Solutions Resourcing Specialists, Management Team, Business Unit Representatives and Executive Team as required. Job responsibilities o Serves as subject matter expert for the applicable modules and systems under the Business Unit's remit. Uses strong analytical reasoning and helps provide data or system solutions for the Business Unit and Business Lines (Clinical, Commercial & Corporate). Creates and delivers training to internal and external Customers. o Supports new projects as required in the area of Qualification, Metrics, Reporting and Analytics. This includes requirements gathering, investigation of new or existing toolsets, and liaising with BT or other partners to identify and plan for longer-term needs. o Provides recommendations to BT on the issues or enhancements for system changes to ensure business needs are met. Assists with planning and implementation of system changes to support business growth. Assists with system upgrades and the interface or integrations of new systems. o Active participation in the testing and validation efforts of associated systems under the Business Unit remit. Identifies and implements long-term strategies for analytics and reporting to increase efficiency and add value. Participates in the analysis and definition of business requirements to support identified initiatives. o Prepares, coordinates and facilitates responses for Sponsor or Customer requests for experience, with a focus on complex and / or strategic Requests for Information (RFI's). Manages the RFI process from receipt to delivery by identifying potential barriers or risks for completion, formulating recommendations for resolution, and/or escalating issues as appropriate. Completes delivery with little assistance. o Creates reports in support of business needs and requests. Provides a quality check and analysis of source data to identify trends, issues or inconsistencies within reporting and analytics. Investigates and troubleshoots issues and implement timely actions plans to address these. Summarizes applicable data points for respective audiences to highlight noticeable trends. o Creates templates with programming efficiencies to support internal reporting and presentation capabilities required to support weekly updates, various Business Unit calls and other management-specific needs. o Performs quality checks surrounding the maintenance of the CV / Experience database or other tools, generates reports for internal and external customers and supports quality control efforts based on customer feedback. Ensures CMQOS records and CV completion and accuracy for reporting in support of corporate guidance. o Collects reviews and presents quarterly metrics such as Service Desk ticket volume / resolution and system usage data, CV Compliance, resourcing tools enhancements & issues, monitoring metrics and CMQOS. Presents information to the BU management and Executive Leadership, as requested. o Partners with Lead Clinical Solutions Operations Analyst or Manager to develop customized queries in support of specific reporting requests. o Leads and/or supports discussions on scheduled meetings with the Business Unit representatives. Actively participates in BU or Departmental resourcing calls to gather information and action items as well as share best practices. o Uses effective customer-oriented communication skills to respond to end-users, team members and Management promptly and within agreed upon timeframes, utilizing most appropriate method of communication based on urgency and type of information needed. o Proactively offers solutions for identified issues and routes for approval appropriately, exhibiting careful judgement in communicating issues. o Exercises appropriate critical thinking / problem solving skills to identify and understand a problem, analyzes and communicates impact, and brings to a timely resolution. o Performs other work-related duties as assigned. o Minimal travel may be required (up to 25%). Qualifications What we're looking for o Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent education and/or extensive development experience preferred. o Proficient in Power BI. o Proficiency in Oracle E-Business suite. o Proficiency in Microsoft Suite with strong Excel skills. o High utilization of PC-based software packages for word processing, presentations, spreadsheets and graphics. o Experience working with applications with database interoperability (SQL Server and/or Oracle) preferred. o CRO or Pharmaceutical experience preferred. o Moderate business analysis experience. o Demonstrated ability to assist in gathering business requirements for projects, problems, and issues. o Ability to be attentive to detail, flexible, open to suggestions, and possess good communication skills
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Database Administration, Business Intelligence & AnalyticsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
