The firm is hiring full time, entry level, Paralegal and Account Representatives for our Parsippany, NJ headquarters.
The ideal Paralegal and Account Representative candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, will be able to think critically and is enthusiastic to learn legal and court system processes across multiple jurisdictions.
The candidate will be communicating with defendants via inbound and outbound phone calls.
Sales, collections and customer service experience with a great phone presence are a plus.
Bilingual candidates may be eligible for increased starting compensation.
