Our business is growing and we're looking for a customer service representative to join our US operation.
Working from our newly established offices and warehouse in Parsippany NJ, the CSR will assume a wide range of duties that include:
Communicating with our clients over the phone and via email Providing information, receiving and expediting orders Working with our shipping team to manage our warehouse workflow Working with our outside sales team to deliver industry leading customer service levels Working with our sample team to ensure that our product offering is always great looking and up to date with our retail clients The successful candidate will have a post secondary education and two or more years of workplace experience.
Flooring knowledge is helpful but not required; we will provide you with the training and information you require to be successful.
A great attitude is a must.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
