Confidential Confidential Parsippany, NJ Parsippany, NJ Full-time Full-time $85,000 - $110,000 a year $85,000 - $110,000 a year Northern New Jersey commercial mechanical contractor, established 1990 and still growing, is looking for an experienced Commercial Boiler / Burner Service Manager to direct the activities of our busy team of boiler / burner service technicians.
The successful candidate will receive competitive pay based on experience, a generous benefits package, a bonus upon signing, and administrative support.
Job
Responsibilities:
Manage service and installation of new and existing boiler equipment and systems Supervise activities of boiler service and installation staff Manage daily workload to effectively achieve production and margin objectives Collaborate with project managers, owners, inspectors, and facilities personnel Develop and prepare boiler / burner job proposals Oversee and coordinate mechanic training on a continuing basis Requirements:
Completion of trade school or equivalent related boiler experience Minimum three (3) years supervisory experience.
Please note:
field experience as Senior Boiler Technician may be considered to be equivalent.
Field experience in service and installation of boilers and burners Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills in high-volume environment Computer proficiency and knowledge of general administrative skills Compensation &
