Performs equipment preventive maintenance 2.
Performs Room Preventive Maintenance 3.
Works on all maintenance punch list projects 4.
Handles all daily work orders, in a timely manner 5.
Response to emergency maintenance requests as received from Housekeeping, Front Desk, Management,or Guests 6.
Maintains Required Holicare preventive Maintenance ,reports as Outlined by IHG SOP 7.
Provides Security for Guests and Property by following all Key procedures, maintains all work areas in a clean, well organized condition, report any suspicious activity by Guests or others 8.
Handles and coordinates other tasks assigned by management 9.
Must have a valid drivers license , and can present a drivers transcript,.
Driving the Hotel Shuttle part time is part of the job description.

Must have not work restrictions, days ,nights ,weekdays or weekends, can lift 50 lbs.
