We are currently seeking applications from candidates for a Technical Services Coordinator position.
Technical Services Coordinators are responsible for coordinating and managing day to day service tickets, assigning resources to tickets, communicating with clients and staff, and following up with clients regarding specific service requests.
In addition, the position requires the management of the on-site and remote technical staff, including assisting with their daily schedules as well as assisting project managers with the allocation of technical resources for large scale projects.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assigning Technical Staff and Subcontractors to Service Tickets as required Creation and management of Service Tickets based on client requests Ongoing review of Techncial Staff productivity & Service tickets to keep up with workflow Schedule & Dispatch Technicians, Engineers, & Contractors for IT Projects Work with Clients to provide Technical IT Staff that can solve their issues quickly & efficiently Hours Our office hours are 8:
30am & 5:
30pm, Monday thru Friday.
We offer a 1 hour lunch.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
