The Customer Service Trainee plays a highly visible role in increasing awareness by addressing questions and concerns, and ensuring every customer receives top notch service.
Core Responsibilities as a Customer Service Trainee:
Maintain a positive image by following company guidelines and remaining professional while speaking with clients Communicate daily with all client relations managers, prioritizing and allocating the various responsibilities to increase customer satisfaction Coordinate and facilitate relationships between clients by answering questions that arise and defusing any concerns Implement and support any new relationship building strategies to ensure we keep our clients for the long-term Update client information in our system to ensure all information is as accurate as possible
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Client Service, Client Relations or a similar department Strong interpersonal and communications skills both verbal and written Able to speak effectively in interpersonal situations Strong independent work ethic, excellent time management skills, and organizational abilities Demonstrate the ability to seek improvement Job Type:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
