E-Commerce Data Specialist

Responsibilities:
Receive orders from customers through email, EDI, Vendor Dashboard Daily Order Manage System (OMS) Operations:
Import order into OMS system, review and follow up orders with errors, and returns.
Manage inventory; (Purchase, Sale, Inventory) PSI Management, keep safe inventory levels.
Update inventory quantity to all channels.
Follow up the shipping progress and ensure the customer receives the order.
Troubleshoot and problem solve for ongoing operational needs as they arise, including product alignment, product availability, product data integrity, etc.
Partner with Web Production and Product Teams to trouble shoot site/file issues.
Ensure the entire web process exceeds expectations from how the brand is perceived to product availability, quality, and order processing timeliness.
Manage and monitor Online Marketplace listings on all channels, such as like Amazon, Overstock, Homedepot.
com, lowes.
com etc.
Identify, escalate, and resolve order management issues.
Document, communicate, and recommend changes for SOP and data management business rules.
Support sales, service, and marketing related activities as needed.
Keeping up to date with all channels selling policies, best practices and ensuring compliance.
Other duties as may arise from time to time, or as may be assigned to Employee.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor of E-Commerce, Marketing or other related majors preferred.
1-3 years' experience of multiple eCommerce channels required.
Proven work experience within Ecommerce or Digital Marketing preferred.

Years of Amazon account management or directly related Amazon experience preferred.
Outstanding Communication, Interpersonal skills and writing skills.
Team player with great passion for learning and desire to go above and beyond in a fast-growing business.
Experience with Office (word, Excel, PPT, and etc.
) and Google Sheet required.
