We are an early learning center with a fun and creative, child-centered atmosphere! Our ideal candidate is familiar with the Reggio Emilia approach, honors and respects children; sees children as capable, is patient, and reliable.
Responsibilities Supervise children to ensure they are safe at all times Plan or assist teachers with planned activities Provide care (may include feeding, diapering, cleaning, changing, etc.
as needed) Help to maintain a clean and organized classroom consistent with health and safety standards Comply with state regulations and procedures Qualifications Knowledge of the Reggio Emilia approach through studies or experience in a Reggio inspired classroom Teachers only:
Knowledge or experience following the interests of children or project based learning Benefits Paid Sick Time Paid Vacation after 1 year (FT only) Paid Holidays & Snow Days (FT only) Paid Training Hours Child Care (based on availability at the time of hire) Wage/salary commensurate with knowledge, experience and education level We look forward to hearing from you! Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays.
Compensation depends on your experience.
