We're looking for bright, motivated people to join our team! Requirements & Preferred Qualifications Must possess a 2 year degree in finance, business or applicable field or equivalent industry experience Must have a minimum of 5 years retail processing government and purchase mortgage loans Candidate must be customer oriented and a strong with multitasking Position Responsibilities Efficiently maintain pipeline; Collaborate with clients and internal staff to obtain the required credit and/or closing documentation for loan purchases; Split closing package documents; Populate loan data in EllieMaeEncompass360; Run compliance reports regularly to ensure compliance with AFR policies, Federal and State regulations, and agency guidelines; Effectively communicate with clients to inform them of updates on outstanding prior to purchase items; Provide a high quality level of customer service on assigned loans; Perform validation review functions of documents and data in Ellie Mae Encompass 360 as needed; Conduct AUS reports based on validation review findings on an ongoing basis; Load test data to FHA Connection based on validation review findings; Track validation review findings and report the results to senior management; Report validation review findings to internal staff members when necessary in order to make corrections or modifications to data or documents; Other duties as assigned.
