As the marketing operations associate, you will be critical to supporting the marketing operations associate director and ensuring team operations, calendaring, and general support are provided across the client solutions and leadership team.
They lead strategic solutions that empower our partners and influence supplier investment in media.
Across the teams, they deliver consultative insights, develop strategic solutions and build innovative capabilities.
To develop this work successfully, we need to have clear ways of working mapped out with our cross-functional teams spanning marketing, site, creative, account planning & salesand the list goes on.
You will work closely with the directors and client solutions to support with team operations, calendar and meeting planning support, and become an integral partner to ensure processes are established and followed through on.
You will also partner with your marketing operations peers.
Responsibilities:
Support the director in team functionality streamlining Support in team calendar management Own and drive monthly team meeting cadence and support as needed for deck building and agenda gathering Own note-taking and action-planning feedback for meetings Develop and communicate solutions to improve efficiencies in team operations Gather facts and understand the organization Gather learnings from pilots and then iterate on the process.
Work in an agile model.
Partner closely and develop working relationships with stakeholders in client solution and omni teams to streamline working methods.
Support in other general team administrative tasks as needed Ensure teams are using new project management tool to it's potential.
Experience:
3
years experience in project management, team operations and process mapping within a marketing org Has experience in change management Great at building PPT decks Extremely detail oriented and organized in thought and execution Ability to set and communicate clear expectations Ability to understand and thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to work effectively and achieve results in ambiguous situations Ideal Candidate:
Loves process and thinking through ways of working in an agile model Has experience with complex timelines with multiple stakeholders High EQ-read the room/zoom You have project-managed campaigns before, so you understand the milestones, but can see the bigger picture here to see how timelines and processes intersect The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $35.
00 to $40.
00 an hour.
Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
