We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Customer Service Representative - Logistics whose main objective will be to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction is preserved.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for tracing shipments online and over the phone Provide on-time updates to customers Providing excellent service to external and internal customers.
Enter & process customer orders and distributing order confirmations.
Work with customer to resolve any transportation issues Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor Requirements:
Exceptional customer service skills Experience in CSR role in transportation industry (definitely an asset) Professional, courteous, polite, with excellent telephone manners Strong organizational and time management skills Fluency in verbal/written English Strong computer skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, UFOS) Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment Great problem solving skills We offer competitive wages and a great benefits package.
