Salary:

Reviewing research findings, tax returns, and work papers; formulating conclusions consistent with firm policies and professional standards; and determining implications and the best course of action for clients.
Ensuring that all tax advice is technically correct and properly documented.
Understanding the firm's policies, procedures, and professional standards.
Demonstrating strong communication skills and building and maintaining client relationships.
Dedication to coaching and developing others through training, providing opportunities for growth, and helping team members succeed.
Actively communicating the client's needs and facts to the appropriate team members to execute the work.
Building relationships across industry service groups to ensure client service excellence through an integrated approach.
Developing trustworthiness with clients and team members.
Managing the progression of quality deliverables on time, in scope, and within budget and/or realization goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting (MST/MBA is a plus).
CPA license required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

years of work experience with in-depth knowledge of the construction industry.
Strong technical skills in taxation.
