A premier golf club, known for its exceptional golfing experience, inviting clubhouse, and vibrant dining atmosphere, is seeking an experienced F&B Manager.
This role is pivotal in enhancing the front of the house operations for our renowned restaurant and event spaces, including a popular bar and grill, and an adventurous aerial course.
The F&B Manager will play a critical role in driving our mission to become the preferred venue for golf outings and special events, with a goal of significantly increasing our event bookings.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellence in guest service and quality of dining experience.
Lead and motivate a team of wait staff, bartenders, and event setup staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to service standards.
Collaborate closely with our esteemed Chef to align front-of-house and kitchen operations, creating a seamless and efficient service environment.
Develop and execute strategies to increase the number of golf outing events and private parties, with a target of reaching 50 golf outings annually.
Implement innovative marketing and promotional strategies to enhance visibility and attract a broader customer base.
Manage event planning and coordination, from initial inquiry through execution, ensuring a memorable experience for guests.
Participate in menu development, offering suggestions for innovative dishes and presentations that align with the club's high standards and guest expectations.
Ensure the restaurant and event spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and visual appeal.
Manage inventory, order supplies, and oversee budget and financial management to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Qualifications:
5-10 years of experience in F&B management, preferably in a golf club, resort, or high-end hospitality environment.
Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and motivating teams.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and event planning skills.
Knowledge of golf is highly advantageous.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with staff, guests, and community partners.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays, as business needs dictate.

Benefits:
Salary:
$52,000 per year, with flexibility based on experience.
Potential bonus of $8,000 to $10,000 annually.
Relocation assistance available for the right candidate.
