Accounts Payable and Account Audit Administrator

We are a NJ based real estate company looking for an experienced accounts payable processor with a diverse administrative background.


Responsibilities include:


  • Process invoices for payment; print and mail accounts payable checks, post ACH online payments.
  • Track purchase orders.
  • Perform data entry and spreadsheet management.
  • Maintain accounts payable files and records.
  • Respond to vendor and employee inquiries regarding invoices, expenses, and payment requests; assists with discrepancy reconciliation.
  • Print and analyze accounts payable reports.
  • Audit expense accounts.
  • Assist with monthly account reconciliations.
  • Assist with related special projects as needed.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:


  • Two-year college accounting/business degree or five year related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient on accounting software (RealPage); Internet Software; Spreadsheet Software (Excel); Word Processing Software (Word); Electronic Mail Software (Outlook); Presentation software (PowerPoint).
  • Acute attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
