Here at Stratton Equities, we are looking for candidates to join our Mortgage Processing Team.
You will be working closely with our Loan Officers, Loan Officer Assistants and CEO.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Experience in brokered and correspondent loans Prepare, review, and submit borrower documentation and disclosures Review dates, signatures, accuracy Prepare files by reviewing loan applications and obtaining additional documents when needed Review and submit Client Support documents Requesting Borrower's documents such as:
Verification of Employment Verification of Rent Verification of Mortgage Submit and Track Loans Order Title documentation and appraisal reports Ensure receival of documents on time Includes following up on ordered documents Keep conditions sheet up to date Ability to effectively communicate with Management, Loan Officers and third parties.
Enter loan applications and client details accurately into the CRM or Encompass loan system Create and send out disclosures through Encompass Develop workflow with LO's to ensure processing efficiency Manage processing expectations of the LO's Preferred Knowledge and
Experience:
5 Years of experience with NON-QM mortgage processing Experience ordering appraisals Knowledge of Title Documentation Experience with different software:
Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams Encompass Experience with meeting deadlines on Time Experience with prioritizing a changing, dynamic workload Job Type:
