MAIN FUNCTION:
Execute purchasing and planning activities within the assigned category.
Assume responsibility for planning requirements and supply chain management to ensure timely (Scheduled) deliveries of goods.
Perform all operational activities related to the procurement of products, materials, and/or services.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business discipline, or equivalent8
years procurement experience, preferably in consumer electronicsExcellent written and oral communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively in EnglishAbility to prioritize multiple projects and work with limited or no supervisionKnowledge of procurement strategy in supplier, sourcing, and supply chainSelf-starter with high level of motivation, process drivenProven ability to function in fast paced environmentCapable to independently interact with other departments and suppliersWell organized with good attention to detailsSound quantitative and analytical skillsStrong problem solving and interpersonal skillsERP/MRP experience; Advanced skills of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPointWORKING CONDITIONS:

Purchase Order Management, including but not limited to RFx, issue POs timely and accurately, update pricing, and review and update production schedulingAssist Procurement Manager to place and maintain Purchase Orders and Subcontracting Jobs associated to GRAPHICS categoryEnsure consigned material at CMs match required assembly and issued to internal jobsOversee inventory receipts of PNY consigned material and finished goodsWork with Finance's Inventory Control department to ensure inventory at contract manufacturers is properly reconciled.
Work with RMA department to move consigned material from Jobs to Yield Loss to enable RMA process of GPU and/or Memory to Nvidia.
Process Drop shipment Purchase orders for intercompany sales orders for Graphics CategoryResponsible to work with PNY Suppliers and on purchase order modifications requests and communicate to other internal departments as neededExecute MRP; review and analyze forecast as needed related to inventory liability and on time deliveryAccountable for problem solving through root cause investigation, resolve receiving/quality issues, trace product qualifications and communicate within PNY employees and SuppliersAssist with implementation of supply chain initiativesSupport Quarterly Business Reviews including but not limit to data collection, analysis, and presentation slide.
Perform category reporting as needed; including Open Backlog, spend analysis, GPU reports, etc.
Maintain Procurement related part and supplier information in company ERP systemAssist in other areas/categories, as assignedAbout the Company:
