They are seeking to hire a Quality Assurance Manager responsible for managing all aspects of the quality system, corrective actions, quality training and records/database management.
Develop and implement quality processes and procedures as well as assist with resolving any client/supplier quality or performance issues.
Ideal candidate will have skilled QA/QC experience within the medical and auto industries.
Responsibilities:
Establish, implement and maintain the organization's quality system in compliance with all required laws/regulationsEnsure products meet the client's specified requirementsQuality system liaison; represent organizationProvide guidance and interpretations of blueprints and/or technical specificationsPrepare quality performance reports and conduct meetings with management to reviewResponsible for internal audit program as certified lead auditor; conduct necessary audits (QMS, Process & Final Product)Maintain / manage database for internal corrective actions; issue notices that require corrective action, support the corrections and confirm actions are implemented and effectiveMaintain / manage database and process for client corrective actions; lead a team for corrective actions, control records and retain communication with clients and suppliersCollaborate with clients and internal teams to settle any quality and/or contractual issuesOversee the document control system; maintain master databaseManage quality systems training program; provide training and/or coordinate consultants as neededResponsible for the master training database and ISO/Technical Specification training recordsOversee the empowerment and motivation program Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree requiredMin.

years of Quality Assurance / Control experience within Medical and Auto industriesPrefer certification as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), ASQ certification and/or related certificationsCertified Lead Auditor requiredSeeking candidates with training and knowledge of ISO 13485 Medical and/or ISO 9000 ISO/TS 16949 (IATF) Automotive required (willing to be certified in the other)Knowledge/understanding of Medical and Auto industry quality requirement i.
