Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team.
The successful candidate will assist with contract processing overflow and provide general administrative support.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the overflow of contract processing to ensure timely completion.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all administrative tasks.
Utilize general knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) to support various office functions.
Receive comprehensive training on all relevant software and processes.
Collaborate effectively with team members to streamline procedures and enhance productivity.
Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency.
Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in administrative support roles is a plus.
