DescriptionPosition at CMI Media GroupThe Director is responsible for setting the strategic vision for short and long-term process and deliverable enhancements in conjunction with the DA leadership team. They ensure that the department continually delivers on objectives by working with business leads at CMI and clients, and applying continued learnings into actionable recommendations for departmental growth. Additionally, they serve as a lead data management contact for a roster of clients and offer consultative support to internal and external stakeholders.Primary
Responsibilities:
Set the strategic direction and vision for short and long-term growth of our relationship with key clients and products Ensure all data QA processes are set, communicated, and following consistently Work across departments to understand client needs and help to design data management products, procedures, and deliverables that continually advance CMI s strategic position Ensure upkeep of training modules & materials necessary to train staff and/or other departments Oversee the maintenance of internal system and process documentation for all data assets, update SOP s, and communicate changes to team members Maintain and build relationships with key customers and partners Perform or coordinate UAT on internal database systems, in-house applications, and new products and data assets Act as subject matter expert on all client-related projects and deliverables Ensure operational excellence across the team as it related to key processes and deliverables within the data analytics organization Represent the department in client pitches or presentations, at industry events, or with the supplier community when needed Work with sales, media and finance on scoping and deliverables and ensure that the department is meeting those goals Manage the daily operations of a portfolio of products and services, including project management of bringing new products to market Identify new and emerging datasets within the marketplace for possible integration with proprietary data.Requirements BA/BS required MBA/other graduate degree preferred 8
years in marketing analytics reporting experience 5
years working experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred 7
years of experience managing a team 7
years of experience translating business questions/requirements into actionable analysis and reporting Superior analytical skills with proficiency in a broad range of primary and secondary marketing research and analytics Analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills to develop actionable insights and recommendations Excellent project management skills with demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects and priorities Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage a heavy workload Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse teams Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong presentation skills Experience in one or more programming languages preferred (Python, SQL, etc.) ALL FOR GOOD

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
