Digital Analytics Specialist

This position will play a pivotal role in the company's Digital Strategy and will work with internal clients to understand their business needs and develop appropriate recommendations.
The key skill is an ability to not just measure and analyze but to provide insights for change and guidance for improvement for the firm's digital presence, marketing programs and campaigns.

- Provide reports and dashboards with insights that drive changes in the business
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define reporting requirements for the company's website presence
- Interact with development teams to provide implementation requirements for Adobe Omniture, and other tools.
- Test and provide quality assurance feedback to the various development teams.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to answer business questions and drive decisions.
- Lead efforts to research and evaluate new tools/capabilities in the analytics industry
- Serve as a liaison to vendor partners to ensure success with projects

- 3+ years of analytics experience applying data-based findings to generate site improvements
- 2 years web analytics experience & knowledge of HTML, JavaScript
- Use of web analytics tools such as Omniture, Google Analytics or Web Trends.
- In-depth knowledge of KPI creation, pathing, engagement analysis and testing experience.
- Ability to talk to development teams on implementation requirements,
- Basic experience in writing JavaScript, website design and development
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and data analysis
- Knowledge both SEO and SEM as a critical tactic to drive desired web visitor behavior.
- Understanding of data visualization techniques
- Understanding of survey methodologies and voice of the customer analysis using tools such as OpinionLab
- Excellent critical thinking skills and strong written and verbal communication.
- Bachelors in an analytical discipline and experience in web development. LI-JS1

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
