Provide legal advice and support on issues relating to European Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities (UCITS) with particular emphasis on distribution, cross-border registration, and UCITS investment restrictions and compliance. Assist in preparation of legal documentation, including Prospectuses, Key Investor Information Documents (KIID) and advisory agreements. Work closely with management on UCITS regulatory issues, investment eligibility issues, general legal and corporate governance matters and with the compliance and fund administration teams.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
