Exclusive and highly confidential search for an HR Manager for a global industry leader. The client is in need of an HR Generalist with a strong background in employee relations including performance, discipline, organizational decisions and career development, conflict resolution and employment law. You will manage and participate in staffing functions, implement human resource strategies and programs associated with accomplishing business objectives, employee safety programs, compensation and benefits administration and analysis, Individual Development Plan (IDP), manage the Workers Compensation program and other duties as assigned. You must be able to work independently, have a strong customer focus, the ability to build strong relationships and strong business ethics. Excellent compensation and benefits.
TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY YOU MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
7-10 years experience with a minimum of 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment
MUST currently or recently have worked in Chemical manufacturing, Pharmaceutical manufacturing or Food & Beverage manufacturing, this is REQUIRED
Project Management experience
Superior problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong understanding of Business and Financial Acumen
Working knowledge of employment and labor law
Experience leading organizational development and change efforts
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to commands respect of the organization
Union and Non-union experience preferredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
