Jr. Sales Operations Support Analyst

Responsible for accurate, complete, and timely support of Company's sales operations.
Reviews, analyzes, and completes entry-level support tasks for company's back-office systems.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES :
Work with cross-team resources as needed to complete entry level system support tasks.
Clearly communicates with customers via telephone calls and/or e-mails to gather support requirements and notification of task completion.
Provides predictive caution to Assistant Manager and Senior Sales Operation Support Analyst if support tasks will not be completed in timely matter.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
