Create Splunk Search Processing Language (SPL) queries, Reports and Dashboards. Create Splunk applications and deploy using Splunk Deployment Server. Test and deploy reporting solutions for various IT Operations Use Cases. Requirement gathering for new reporting requests and data queries from Users. Effectively communicate (ie status, issues, and escalations) to leadership and other various levels of the organization
SKILLS:
Experience: 5
years and at least 6-12 months of experience in SplunkSkills needed: Candidate must have worked in an Infrastructure environment Must have proficiency in SPL, SQL and related search languages Must have experience with Splunk CLI. Must have experience with Oracle and bash (or ksh). Familiarity with Operating Systems: Virtual machine environments, Microsoft Windows XP/7/8 and Windows Server, Linux, Unix, Solaris, AIX, Mac OSX Server
Preferred skills:
Wireless industry experience desirable. Preferred experience in creating Reports and Dashboards in Splunk 6. Preferred experience with network packet sniffing tools and appliances. Preferred experience with Splunk dbConnect application and Splunk forwarder deployment. Preferred experience with Python, HTML, XML. Preferred experience with Big Data technologies like Hadoop and Hulk Optional experience with CSS, JavaScript, Java, C or C++, Ruby, autoit, VBScript, jquery Optional Experience with Web technologies: HTML, HTML5, DHTML, CSS, CSS3Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
