POSITION: Analytical Lab Services Manager
LOCATION: Parsippany, NJ
DESCRIPTION: Client serving the pharmaceutical industry. Analytilcal chemistry testing services include E&L, pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, generics, personal care products.
MAIN DUTIES:
- Technical lead of laboratory including mentorship of staff in the capacity of the technical expert. The manager should be able to advance projects with scientific knowledge or be able to recognize when outside help is needed on a project. The overall depth of scientific knowledge in the lab needs to be increased through training and mentorship.
- cGMP compliance. Ensure that the lab is compliant at all times. Lead OOS/OOT investigations and prevent deviations from occurring. Ensure the lab is audit ready at any time.
- Lab organization and efficiency. Keep the projects and routine samples running on time. Have the big picture in mind for the lab scheduling to maintain proper turnaround times.
OTHER DUTIES:
- Customer relationship management, dealing with complaints, concerns, issues, paperwork.
- Developing SOPS, protocols, and responsible for turnaround time, quality issues, method development, equipment, assignment of staff to incoming work in the most efficacious manner.
- Maintaining positive environment.
- GMP/GLP and ISO.
- Trade shows, training, performance reviews.
REQUIREMENTS:
BS or MS Chemistry and 10 years relevant analytical lab experience in a regulated industry.
OR
PhD Chemistry and 10 years relevant analytical lab experience in a regulated industry.
Analytical chemistry technical skills.
Strong leadership skills with a managerial demeanor, commanding respect.
Able to see the big picture.
Excellent English oral and written skills.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
