Must be able to wok closely and independently with application teams and business clients throughout the company to ensure proper IT solutions are in place.
Competencies/Critical Skills:
Proven experience in the design of business applications, capturing and translating complex business needs into clearly understood requirements and designs.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills including an understanding of how to interpret client business needs and translate to functional and/or technical requirements
Experience in Siebel, Demantra, CAS other Trade Promotion Management Tool.
Experience in support of a Business Intelligence reporting tools (Hyperion, OBIEE, SAP BW)
Experience in a client facing role and ability to work with stakeholders throughout the enterprise
Highly effective communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong system and data analysis skills.
Strong organization skills and ability to lead multiple simultaneous work streams.
Experience leading and/or managing small IT initiatives

5-7 years of experience working as a Business Analyst

Effective communication skills, both oral & written with both technical and non-technical clients
Ability to work independently & within a team environment
Ability to enlist and partner with resources within and outside the department to ensure successful execution of design & implementation tasks
Demonstrated collaborative, consultative, problem solving, prioritization and analytical skills
This person should have knowledge of the consumer products industry, PMP certification is a plusEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
