SUMMARY
This position is responsible for: Leading and providing direction to all U.S. job openings. Responsible for setting recruiting strategy, researching and executing new and innovative sourcing strategies, and designing and measuring results of recruiting strategy. Interacts with Sr. Leadership on recruiting challenges and setting Talent strategy to meet present and future hiring needs. Recruit top talent into the organization at all levels and all specialties. Additionally responsible for setting efficient and effective hiring processes and developing strong recruiting protocals to hire top talent to the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for all recruitment strategy and activities for the companies U.S. hiring efforts.
- Full cycle applicant management
- Ensure that structure and process adhere to recruitment process and government guidelines.
- Research, recommend and execute alternative sourcing methods & partnerships while monitoring ROI
- Develop metrics to evaluate performance and speed of recruiting processes, for example, time to fill metrix.
- Key contact with recruitment agencies in developing usage strategy and choosing and managing the correct partnerships.
- Coordinate all RFP & selection criteria for agency use
- Main Applicant Tracking System administrator as well as being responsible for efficient and effective use of technology in Talent Acquisition function.
- Full cycle recruitment of talent for all levels and all specialties.
- Management of Talent Acquisition staff.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5
years corporate recruiting in a Medical device or Pharmaceutical company, 2
years of recruiting management experience.
- Demonstrated use of leading edge sourcing methods
- Proven ability to demonstrate ROI for each of the past 3 years
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop an innovative recruiting strategy to meet the businesses talent needs along with the ability to execute that plan.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
