Immediate Need- Payroll- This Payroll Job is for a Global Manufacturing Company located near Rutherford, who is looking to add to its Accounting/Finance Departments. This Firm offers an excellent Benefits package along with Growth Opportunities.
The Payroll Job would entail:
Reporting to the Payroll Supervisor and/or Manager, your responsibilities include work running payroll for 1500 employees, assisting with multi-state and other related payroll projects and functions as assigned. Preparing checks for payroll and/or payables. Processing invoices, posts information to accounting ledgers (i.e. payables, general ledger). Performs a variety of routine and non-routine accounting activities in accounts payable or a related financial area. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures. Generally reports to Supervisor or Manager. Must be familiar with ADP work force. Knowledge of Pay Expert a plus. Must have knowledge of both accounts receivable and payable.
Qualifications/Skills
3-5 years' Payroll experience
ADP Workforce and/or Pay Expert a must
Experience in running payroll for 1000+
Bachelor's Degree
