The Production Management and Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for executing the online strategy for Wyndham Hotel Group - focusing primarily on defect management, incident handling, issue research and tracking. This role will also be responsible for performance monitoring and supporting new releases of our consumer and associate-facing digital products such as websites, mobile applications, etc. The ideal candidate will be an excellent self-starter, proactive and have a combination of skills across e-commerce operations, analytics and technology.
Wyndham Hotel Group, the largest hotel company in the world, is looking for an individual with strong business and technical expertise to lead effectively in a matrix organization, working side by side with members of the Digital Product, Information Technology/Engineering, Content and Creative teams and external software vendors to optimize the technical architecture and expand the functionality and user-friendliness of consumer-facing sites, striving for high stability, reliability and performance of the websites and mobile apps which will result in continuous improvements to WHG revenue and customer experience of our guests.
This position reports into the Director Product Management and Quality Assurance.
Responsibilities:
Partner with Business Stakeholders, Incident Management, IT and Development Partners to properly research, document, quantify impact and triage/prioritize issues related to e-commerce sites, apps and related systems
Participate in UAT and deployment of bug fixes, new site features and functionality
Writes and executes tests to validate products and software applications. Ensures proper execution of regression test procedures.
Simulate or recreate problems to help resolve issues and/or drive incremental user experience improvements
Proactively identify and ensure resolution of issues that impact availability, performance or user experience across all e-commerce sites and related systems
Facilitate communication and tracking of system outages/ issues

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
