The Manager, Digital Assets & Globalization is responsible for delivering upon the strategic vision of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts' global content strategy efforts inclusive of globalization and digital asset management. Responsibilities include evaluating, approving and publishing digital assets (images, video, pdfs, etc.) for customer-facing and internal digital channels globally with the goal of driving revenue and engagement on our digital platforms. In addition, this role is key to delivering on a decentralized content strategy including pushing forward translation projects and global initiatives.
This individual will optimize the digital asset production process, and approach work with high quality standards and an editorial eye. He/she will collaborate closely with third party translation, photography and videography partners, franchisees, brand marketing, distribution, franchise operations, customer care, and digital designers regarding a variety of requests.
The role also requires facilitation and project management skills which will be called upon for new and emerging initiatives such as regional localization, video, and content strategy expansion.
Responsibilities
Optimize the translation workflow with third party vendor and manages schedule and production of all global translation projects.
Document SOPs for globalization and decentralization process definition and change management.
Support regional decentralization efforts with regard to image and copy workflows.
Train regions and other stakeholders on translation processes and workflows.
Develop requirement and implements asset rights management platform and framework and enterprise DAM implementation and management.
Contribute to the growth of new/robust content formats by identifying and monitoring technologies in the digital landscape, exploring ways to be more effective in digital assets curation and syndication.
Light photo retouching of property images.
Train and educate internal users on how to navigate the DAM content system, including searching and repurposing hotel assets for both digital and offline usage.
Draft SOPs and other training documentation for individuals who support image tagging on other teams (Property Onboarding, Customer Care).
Review, approve, edit, and publish digital assets within Wyndham's Content Management System(s).
Partners with the Digital Production Operations and Design Teams to help maintain all hotel publishing to the sites.
Ensure asset metadata is optimized for foundational personalization work and front-end digital display.
Liaise regularly with external Photo/Video vendors on hotel escalations specific to during/after a photo shoot, as well as align and communicate regularly on quality control, estimating seasonal priorities, post production processes, financial processing, and communicate changes to brand standards.
Perform Project Management for initiatives as assigned.
Perform Quality Assurance and insure any issues are prioritized and addressed (for CMS as well as customer-facing web sites).

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
